Let’s face it, who doesn’t love the idea of a trailer going around town serving bubbly and other bevies on tap. Well, we searched and searched and couldn’t find one in Canada. So we said - WINE NOT? and that’s how Carte Blanche Bar was born.

The brain child of Jess & Jen, two marketing and sponsorship professionals who saw a gap in the marketplace, they set their sights on the first in the fleet. After locating a sweet 1970’s Glendale trailer (it was in rough shape - but they saw the potential). The gals set out to bring their vision to life. Who better to bring her home and execute the vision than a wine expert and professional builder with years of experience in both fields. That’s where Scott comes into the picture.

They set an ambitious goal… and two months later The Golden Falcon was unveiled. Fondly called ‘Goldie’, she’s been lovely restored to serve bubbly, wine, cocktails and more on tap. With demand increasing, they introduced the Mini Edition 'Beau' and custom home and commercial designs a year later.
